The Lock-A-Bye has a key operated patented dual locking mechanism that allows you to lock the zipper, keeping the contents of your bag secure, and a cable lined strap which can be secured to any stationary object. How do I clean my Lock-A-Bye?

Use a damp cloth and a mild detergent to spot clean. DO NOT machine wash or submerge the bag in water.

Can I have an item sent to another address?

Yes. You can have your purchase sent directly to another recipient's address.

Where can I have my order shipped?

Lock-A-Bye currently ships, via UPS, to all 50 states and other countries worldwide.

Please note that standard shipping and handling charges are also available within the contiguous 48 states. Lock-A-Bye customers outside the aforementioned area should call Customer Service at 1.877.LOCKBAG (1.877.562.5224) for information regarding their S & H charges.

How do I return an item?

Follow the return instructions on the pack slip that came with your product. Complete, detach & enclose the return form with your item. Please be sure to complete all requested information, including the reason for your return (please refer to the Warranty Page for further details). Please do not attach the return form to the item. If you are missing the return form, click here to print a blank one or call customer service at 1.877.LOCKBAG (1.877.562.5224).

For returns, credits to a credit card will be applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.

What is a Lock-A-Bye gift card?

Lock-A-Bye gift cards are attractive, wallet-sized plastic cards. On the back of the card is a series of numbers that the recipient will need to provide to Lock-A-Bye when redeeming the card. The gift card arrives for gift-giving in a carrier that allows you to personalize the "To" and "From" fields. The value of the card is printed on the carrier. The card has no expiration date. And any remaining balance may be applied to Lock-A-Bye purchases.

How do I purchase a Lock-A-Bye gift card?

Where can the Lock-A-Bye gift card be used?

Currently, Lock-A-Bye gift cards can only be used to purchase Lock-A-Bye products by phone by calling Lock-A-Bye at: 1.877.LOCKBAG (1.877.562.5224). The gift card cannot be redeemed at retail locations or through our website.

How can I check the balance on my Gift Card?

You can check your gift card balance by calling Lock-A-Bye at: 1.877.LOCKBAG (1.877.562.5224)

Do Lock-A-Bye Gift Cards ever expire?

No. As long as there is a balance remaining on the Gift Card, it will not expire.

How do I return a Lock-A-Bye product purchased with a Gift Card?

When you return the product and request a refund, we will send you a new Lock-A-Bye Gift Card for the amount of the refund.

How can I replace a lost or stolen Gift Card?

Your Lock-A-Bye Gift Card should be treated like cash. We cannot replace cards that are lost or stolen.
